I have been dealing with Frank for years and I have the highest confidence in this establishment and the fine people who works here .

I only have one word to describe Frank and his brother" Fraud"! I took my car there to get the Inspection done. I live around the corner so I love to patron my community. Well long story short. I have had my 2009 car for 2 yrs only and my car guy was booked up so I went to the Station on Wilkerson. I left my car and walked home. I received a call from Frank asking " What happened to you door handle. My guy could not get out of the car w/o opening the door from the outside"? I told him I never had a problem w/ my car ever. If the door is broken you did it. I called the Henrico police who really did not help at all. I then contacted the State Police who told me "I talked to "Frank" (first name basis, remember I called him, not "Frank") and he has never had a bad report before". Well the Sheriff of the State Police did call me, but at this point I had to pay another rip off $237.00 to replace the door handle. Don't go to these idiots. if you have had an issue with them please put your complaint here. Others need to be warned. Google why are people forced to give a star to pebble?

The owner 'Frank' replaced my faulty transmission at $2,600.  But then when the NEW transmission immediately left me stranded, unable to shift properly, he gouged me for another ~$200 to replace bad 'sensors'.  Guess what those sensors do?  They tell the TRANSMISSION what to do.  That's $2800 I didn't have and now I'm in debt because of his playing me.  He avoided me for days because he didn't want to concede anything on the bill.   Now I'm curious if I had an actual real transmission problem in the first place.  Looking back, I realize every inspection I ever had always found 'something'.  Avoid at all costs!!!

Me and my boyfriend just moved into the neighborhood and since the shop was walking distance he took his car there to get his car inspected. First let ne say this... my boyfriend takes very good care of his car. Anytime he suspects some, he takes it to get service ed immediately. Well, he took the car over to get it inspected, thinking it would be a quick process. Well we were wrong. He ended up having to leave the car there because they were backed up. Well when he went back to pick up his car, the guy at the counter who was helping another customer, looks at my boyfriend and says with a smirk "Oh we know what's wrong with your car". Then they proceeded to tell my boyfriend that his axle was torn, fog lights don't turn off when high beams come on  (when he has a manual button inside the car the switches his fog lights on-off), and the said his headlights needed to be adjusted. All which would've been costly. This car is a 2003 and hasn't had any major alterations and has always passed inspection. But all of a sudden when he takes his car  there, it has multiple issue that we've never heard before. We will never go back and we will never refer any if our friends.
