They told me "No public restroom" to my little 4 year old son was about to pee his pants nearly crying "please mommy I don't want to pee my pants". It was just not right.

Very disappointed with this customer service. 

I want to add that I was a customer who had just purchased gas. It is not as if I stopped here just to use the restroom.
