I would give this place a big fat ZERO if I could!  My husband went up to the gas station this morning to purchase a case of water (due to a city water warning) and they were breaking open the cases of water and selling them at $3.00 per bottle...and could not sell him a case of water though they had plenty of cases.  Price gouging at its best.  How shameful they should be!
