I was so pleased with the service today when traveling through Lambertville and my car unexpectedly had issues.  I walked in and spoke to the owner (I believe), who asked all sorts of questions about my car and offered several ideas as to what the problem was. He then offered to look at my car despite his busy schedule.  He took the time to truly diagnose the issue and despite having the option to diagnose my car with anything and me being none the wiser, he was able to fix my car for a total of $14!  I am grateful and hope that others who are looking for an honest repair shop will take their car here.

I do not reccoment Cifelli's for your repairs, and question their commitment to service and quality.

I brought my car in with a battery drain in early May of '09. I asked them to check the Fog Light switch, which commonly has problems with my car. Instead they replaced the battery (which was only 3 months old) and failed to check the switch.

I brought it back to them two days later with a dead battery. Two weeks later they checked the switch and found it to be the issue. The switch assembly was backordered, and didn't come in until August 2nd. After waiting two weeks, I called them and it had been repaired for over a week, 

After getting the car I found that there is a nick in the leather seating, the antenna is bent, and the car is a mess after having sat for over two months without any care.

During this entire time no one ever called me. They only responded when I called them. Often they would say they would call me back. They succeeded in doing that three times for all the times I called. 

And at no time did they offer to take back the battery that I didn't need, so if anyone needs a battery for a 2004 PT Cruiser, let me know.

***Update*** 

one day after getting the car back the engine light comes on and the engine is having issues... No offense, but it was in awesome condition with no engine issues having had a full diagnostic in February. Cifelli's has it for over two months, and as soon as I get it back there are issues.

I can't see this as a coincidence.
