I called ahead to find out specific price for specific model and specific quantity of full synthetic oil for an oil change, and they quoted me $89, which was in the same range of $75-$95 I was quoted by 3 other shops. So I chose this one. When I pick up the car, he says "That will be $119." I asked, what changed from the price I was quoted and he said "Hey,, full synthetic is expensive stuff". I know the cost and specific quanity of full synthetic was originally quoted. Nobody else's quote came even close to what he charged which would have been fine had they not mislead me and changed the price after the fact. Don't trust this shop.
Felt a little ripped off today. Basic diagnostic & a new battery = $300 bill. I could have changed the battery myself for way less than half that, but I just wanted a little peace of mind that nothing else was causing the problem. I've been pleased with their work in the past, but this bill was way over the top. Will likely look elsewhere next time I need repairs.
I went there for a check engine light once. They fixed it, but when the mechanic drove my vehicle out of the garage, he purposely popped my clutch and told me my engine mysteriously died. I should have popped his nose for both popping my clutch and trying to cheat me out of money. I won't go here after that.
Would give a zero if I could! Just left this place and will NEVER be back! My husband was not pulling out fast enough after getting gas and the worker started banging on the passenger side window to tell us to hurry up. It was simply surreal!
Ask them if their mechanic drives your car home! He does; multiple times you can see your car at his house in Levittown. If you don’t appreciate this personal use of your car, don’t leave it there.
I called them if they change oil of car and the guys says yes, when I ask him if he does it at that time he hangs up. I go over to ask him he treats me very rude and he says “get outta here” turns around and leaves… Very disturbing for a place like Princeton…
I know it’s cold and this is a tough job, but you gotta let me put the car in park before I open the gas tank door. The guy today seemed really impatient and knocked on my car before I even had come to a complete stop. Not good customer service. Trust me.l, it’s better for us al that I stop properly and then focus on opening the gas door.
Get your vhecile repaired here! They fix all makes and models! Mechanics are well certified and experienced! Quotes are resonable and repairs guaranteed. Cheaper than most dealers and they do not recommend repairs not necessarily needed which may dealers/shops do. Ask for Willie!
If I could give zero rating I would. The guy was extremely rude and refused me service just because I decided to reduce from filling up to only $10. I’ll never give them business again.
