This is the only shop I take my car to. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic working on a car that my children ride in. The team is fair, honest, efficient and most of all talented. The gas prices are competitive too. If you live nearby and you do not take your car to Sunoco when it needs work then you are missing out. Mark and his team are hard workers who love what they do and put your safety and happiness first.

Mark and his crew are awesome!! We have a Ford Explorer that needs extensive work and he helped come up with a plan to address things a little at a time starting with safety issues and made sure whatever was supposed to be covered by warranty was! He is one of the nicest, most honest guys around and always there if we have questions. I highly recommend him and his team. We will be returning for all of our regular service and any emergencies for now on.

This is an example to other service businesses of the proper way to treat Customers. Great communication by phone and email (didn't try texting). Prices provided and clear description of services to be performed, and due date for completion. After service was complete thanked me for using them.

As a general contractor of fine home building and remodeling on Martha's Vineyard,Ma. my F-350 is an integral part of my business. Because of that, no time is a good time to have one of my vehicles in the shop for service. I've used several repair shops on Martha's Vineyard over the years and while some were better than others, it wasn't until I discovered Abington Sunoco 2yrs. ago that I realized what a true FULL SERVICE CAR CARE company was! This past July 7th 2015, I was in a position, or so I thought, to be able to give my F-350 up for 10 days and receive all the mechanical issues I had incurred on my 2006 vehicle and scheduled an appointment accordingly with Abington Sunoco. Once my vehicle was in their professional hands a couple of other service needs became apparent and I was notified immediately on course of action and a detailed estimate. As I had already committed myself to correcting any and all issues and after discussing the importance and cost ratio over repairing the new issues vs putting them off for another time, I made the decision to complete all repairs on this visit. While I was hoping to have my vehicle back for my business in a few days, the unexpected issues my F-350 had, required more time than I had allowed on my ferry reservation return trip to Martha's Vineyard on that Thurs. July 16th and I had a new project starting July 20th. If any of you reading this have ever tried to get a vehicle reservation in July to Martha's Vineyard you understand that any trip over requires a fair amount of prior booking in advance. Once I was able to reschedule my return trip, I notified Abington Sunoco immediately and informed them I could not be without my vehicle beyond 5pm the 20th and if that meant my complete detail, wash/wax and interior cleaning had to be sacrificed, so be it. Well here's where Abington Sunoco's professionalism for full car-care service kicked in. My vehicle was ready at noon on the 20th, they completed every repair need under estimate, and had their detailer make that 2006 F-350 look like it was just off the Ford dealers lot the day I bought it. And to make my life easier as to picking my vehicle up, they had it delivered to me in Woods-Hole at the Steamship Authority staging lot via flatbed. I simply had hop in it once it was unloaded and drive it to my ferry line for my return trip home. For me, there is no other company I'm aware of that comes close to what Abington Sunoco will do not only in repair needs but also for customer service. Hands down, the best experience and service you will find anywhere. Sincerely, Lee Bruni
