Bad customer service and REALLY RUDE manager. The only reason I go here is because it's close to where I live and I get to redeem my price chopper points but every time I'm reminded what a bad decision I made. Promised myself to find a different Sunoco to redeem my points.

Rude manager, don't bother spending your hard earned $$$.theres a sunoco ride up the road or use MOBIL>> THEY HAVE GREAT GAS AND GREAT SERVICE.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I have used this location twice before to fuel up using my Price Chopper AdvantEdge card and had received some attitude from the woman working behind the counter but brushed it off as this is the closest AdvantEdge card fuel station to where I live. Tonight I prepaid in the store and used my AdvantEdge card. The woman behind the counter was still off-putting but I had already accepted this as normal.

When I went out to my car the gas pump was not working correctly and the screen read "Please wait...". I waited for a minute or two before going back inside. I told the woman behind the counter that my pump was not working correctly and she proceeded to yell and tell me that I was wrong, a liar and that 'no one else had complained about it all day'. When I asked for a refund and a receipt to show that my card had been reimbursed she refused to give me a receipt.

Take your business elsewhere; this location doesn't deserve your money. I guess I will be fueling up with my Price Chopper AdvantEdge card in Manchester from now on.

The worst customer service. I had wanted to top off my tank using my price-chopper points. The guy in the store insulted me for not knowing how much gas my vehicle would need. I tried explaining I wouldnt know the exact number of gallons and as the points could be used only for one filling wanted to make the most of it. He wouldn't listen. As I was leaving the store without purchasing, I was told by folks at the pump that they had gone through similar experience.
