I took my husbands GMC to get the ac checked and come to find out that he had experienced road damage from express way construction work. He said he heard a sound early in the week that the ac stopped working but he didn't realize the two were related. The mechanic realized that it had to be damage from the highway so he recommended that we talked to our insurance company. A claim adjuster came and checked out the car, they picked up the tab,  we pay the deductible and the SUV is fine.

Just had the most shocking thing happen in my years around car dealers.   This man walked into the service waiting area, straightened up the tables and chairs, and proceeded to personally speak to everyone sitting in the lounge.   Thinking, "somethings not right here...", I did some investigating.  This guy was the ACTUAL GENERAL MANAGER!  Thank you sir for setting an example of guest service for your employees!

I drove to Sunrise Wolfchase from Tupelo because I was told I was able to get a 2017 Buick Lacrosse. Everything I was told was a lie!! They even tried to tell me they didnt figure my trade in into the contract but they had told me they would give me $6000 for my car. I wasted gas and a whole day at Sunrise for nothing. Then when I was leaving the salesman Maurice tried to give me $10!! I had been there all day with nothing to eat and I put $20 gas in my car so that $10 he offered let me know what he thought of my time......

Enjoyed my visit.  Am not ready to make a decision but was not pressured.  Dean is very professional and helpful.  I will return when closer to a purchase.
