Massage modalities mainly include relaxation and deep tissue. Your massage may also include gentle stretching, myofascial skin rolling, trigger point therapy, and other various techniques. I am currently in the process of completing an Orthopedic Massage certification.
I provide spa treatments such as full body sugar scrubs and hot stone massage as well.
I have been specializing in prenatal massage for 4 years and have a certification in it through Carole Osborne. I am a CAPPA certified labor doula and am very passionate about helping women feel empowered about their births and find joy in their journey through pregnancy and childbirth.
