I'm very happy with the work and the prices, Dave the owner is a caring guy and kyle is a great mechanic, I trusted  there services on my work trucks for over 8 years now.

Scam artists.   Brought my pickup in that stopped running and asked the cost of a diagnosis. They told me $80. Get a call the next day that its the catalytic converter and the repair is going to be $950. I say don't do that repair I will pick it up and pay the $80. They say that's fine. I go to pick it up and they want $150. They tell me its because they had to take catalytic off to see if that's the problem. I say that sounds like part of the diagnosis why is it extra. Then they say well we started working on it to do the job but then had to put catalytic back on truck when we found out you did not want to do the work. So I was forced to pay the $150 to get my truck back....        I only asked for a diagnosis but they started work anyways. Did they even see the truck. Its prob not even worth $950. Then they charged me to put a bad part back on the truck that makes it not move. It makes no sense.  They couldn't even budge on price one bit because of their mistakes and assumptions.

did you even read my review. The issue was that you quoted me $80 for diagnose but charged me $150. Your reason on the phone for the up charge was that you started the work without authorization from me. When I described the issue you guys with the price you guys just yelled at me on phone asking what my @&%! problem is.

200k miles is irrelevant. Truck still sitting in yard also not true I use my 4cyl to get to work and most day to day stuff but also irrelevant thanks for spying on me though. Flat tire and trash also irrelevant. Character attack Seriously. The most honest people always resort to character attacks.

I have been going to Sunrise for several years now.  Not only do they do their best to source the least expensive, highest quality parts and tires for me, everyone is friendly, fair and they do a great job.  I recommend Dave and his shop wholeheartedly.

I had a flat tire while dropping my son off as an intern for the Sun Moon Farm CSA on Thomas Road in Rindge.  The whole staff was kind and helpful, they let me hang out until the right tire arrived from their supplier and even shared their fantastic, fresh, everything bagle!

You guys are the BEST!
Let me know when the picnic table is up by the pretty stone walk :-)
