Nice and clean. Hard to find a ball that fits though... They were scattered all over with no rhyme or reason. The alley opened at 12 but the snack bar didn't open until 2. Bad planning there. They definitely lost some revenue. My family of four would have spent plenty. Finally, don't order the hot chocolate. It's very hot and watered-down.

There aren't many bowling alleys anymore. This one has a pool table that seems empty when my husband and I want to use it. It's always been clean and the people friendly - staff and patrons alike. I haven't eaten there but the menu seems typical.

Almost kicked out for being PREGNANT and unable to bowl! My husband and several friends/family went to unlimited bowling last weekend at Sunset bowling. I was with a group of 7 people who all paid $15 for unlimited bowling as well purchased drinks. Being 39 weeks pregnant myself, (1 week from my due date) I cannot bowl comfortably, or safely; so I was just planning to watch, and spend time with my friends/family. After being there for about an hour (I was sitting in the bowling area at a table) a "manager" approached me and asked if I'd paid the $15 to bowl. I explained that no, I was not bowling due to my condition and had just been sitting at the table. He then told me and our group that I had to pay the $15 (whether I planned on bowling or not) to stay in the bowling area, otherwise I needed to separate from my group (who were all bowling) and go sit outside the bowling area. Of course this didn't sit well with me, or anyone I was there with and they tried to defend me, explaining that I shouldn't have to pay if I'm not bowling, and in fact could not bowl in my condition. At that point a security guard approached and he and the manager proceeded to argue with our entire group saying that I absolutely had to pay to stay, even if I wasn't bowling and that I needed to leave or our entire group would be kicked out! Really?! A group of 7 people have spent at least $200 at your establishment and you're going to ask them to leave because one pregnant lady can't bowl, and doesn't want to pay $15 to just sit there? OR you're going to make the pregnant lady sit by herself while her friends and family bowl? This just didn't make sense!! $15 is a small amount- but these "managers" need to know how to handle a situation. At no point were they willing to compromise, hear us out, and they wouldn't even share their owners/superior's contact information with us. The security guard even had the nerve to suggest it was more hazardous for me to SIT IN THE BOWLING AREA than it would be for me to just pay and bowl...WHAT?? Finally, a real manager (a woman, whose name I don't remember) was brought over and she was able to empathize with my condition and the situation her coworkers had created, and just asked that I put on bowling shoes if I were going to stay in the bowling area....NO PROBLEM! She also was willing to give us contact information for the owner if we wanted to speak with him about the situation. Hopefully he reads this (that's you VERN OERTEL) and understands he has some major training to do with his staff...this was about the WORST way the situation could have been handled. For the "manager" to tap me on the shoulder, ask if I'd paid, the immediately ask me to leave without even considering a compromise or my condition. It was absolutely ridiculous.

My preferred bowling alley over the one in Post Falls. Nice atmosphere and good selection of non-bowling activities such as the arcade and the pool table.

Bowling was fun, however the kitchen was not open on a Saturday night and the security guard was VERY unprofessional about handling outside food being brought in. Definitely will not be spending anymore money at that bowling alley. The owners should train security not to taunt customers and need to restructure their food policy when they serve alcohol and no food and will not even allow a granola bar to be brought in.
