This is a good spot to watch the sunset. There's not much parking, and limited sitting space in thr grass. There is a good dock for swimming, but it gets slick when wet. Also a nice little beach for launching kayaks or paddleboards.

The best public beach on the east shore, it gets its name from it's unique place to see the sunset. Can get crowded in the summer, and the only seating is in the grass on the hillside, but us locals like it better that way.
