Story

Sunset Funeral Home and Memory Gardens operates under the Care-Comfort-Plan motto. We care for the deceased, we comfort the living, and we can assist with planning for the future. Our Memory Gardens opened for operations in 1958 and is well established in the community. Our Key West style funeral home opened in 2012. We offer a bright relaxing decor in stark contrast to "traditional" funeral home gloom, however, our level of care is what folks came to expect from the local funeral home in the towns they grew up in. We are convenient to Tampa, Temple Terrace, Ybor, Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas. We take great pride in serving your family, whether you need our services for a traditional funeral with the burial, entombment or cremation to follow, a cremation with memorial service, burial from another funeral home, urn placement in one of our many niche options, or preplanning for your own future funeral needs.
