Rooms were actually much better than expected. Don't ever bring a pet within a mile of this location. Even if they don't stay there the owner will yell at you and charge another $50 on your card no matter what. His goal is to rip you off.His son was very friendly and helpful and the only reason I didn't demand a refund.

Very comfortable, a good rate.  Though there isn't much for scenery.  Near town and the University plus gas station is close.  Eating establishments a drive unless you're willing to have them deliver.

Absolutely horrible! Nasty rooms, blood and what appears to be feces smeared in the walls. The bathroom was atrocious! Unless you face sleeping in a car-it's no ONE'S best option!!!

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly that was probably to butter me up for my room. It was a small room the carpet looked like it had been swept but it was majorly stained. The comforter on the bed had stains, the paint on the walls was chipping and peeling. The window in the bathroom didn't have a screen so opening it a little was out of the question or bugs would bomb the room. The shower temperature fluctuated so much it was hard to shower. The cleanest thing in the whole room surprisingly was the refrigerator.
Owners definitely need to remodel.
