Great people and great service. Excellent selection and if they don't have an item they will order it for you.

I do not think that the store should be responsible for a bottle of Gray Goose after you used a portion of it .  And because apparently you do not know how to remove a cork from a wine bottle.

I think that they are a very nice couple running the store..  Walk in there shoes and see if you would have replaced the bottle of wine.  If it were me I would have LAUGHED you right out of the store.

Bought a bottle of Grey Goose vodka and when I opened it the cork broke off inside. I made one pitcher of punch for my party that day, using about 1/3 of the bottle. The next day I went to exchange it. The gentleman at the counter was RUDE! He asked me what I thought he was supposed to do about it. I told him I wanted an exchange because when I spend that much money I expect quality. He said no because it had been partially used. Customer service is obviously of no concern to the proprietors as they offered no solution. I then told the gentlemen that I would contact my card issuer and have the charge reversed. At this point he accused me of threatening him. I replied that it was not a threat, but just me stating my available options, since they were not going to do ANYTHING for their customer. He asked if we could continue the conversation but still offered nothing. I left the $70 dollar bottle of vodka and walked out.
