It's all about attitude. I'm recuperating from a total knee replacement. I've been at Sunshine 3 weeks and have nothing but praise. David Horn, director, gathered a caring, compassionate, and  competent staff, many of whom have years of service. Therapy staff provides wonderful, effective treatment. Institutional food tastes as good as it can. The homemade cakes and desserts take it up a notch. The caring staff keeps me up to date on my treatment plan and involve my daughter on all matters. 
I've seen many nursing facilities, and Sunshine is the cleanest, brightest and most well run. Five stars!
