I'm not sure how to review this massage. It was excellent and something very new. Combination of techniques, thai, Eastern, yoga, traditional all done beautifully to completely relax and rejuvenate. Sunshine is a lovely person and obviously is passionate about what she does. I went one day for a 60 minute massage and booked for 2 days later for an amazing 2 hour massage. Have never done that before but felt wonderful afterwards ( better than a weekend spa break ). She also massaged my son who had shoulder surgery and he was very happy and relaxed. Sunshine has a neck support so you are not lying flat on the floor (very nice) and can use hot stones, cupping, wonderful aroma therapy, breathing techniques, and traditional massage too. She finds every knot or bit of tension and releases them. Highly recommended.

Pure Nirvana! I have experienced many types of massages over the last 40 years. Never have I experienced a combination of Thai and Shiatsu technique which relieved the aches and pains of skiing once a year. Gone was the classic massage table and present was a heated mattress which enabled Samantha to stretch, probe, manipulate the body parts with surprising effectiveness. Samantha's obvious passion for her trade, immediately puts you at ease; one probe after the other leaves you thinking ok, what is next. If you are in need or want of a massage, don't miss this treat. You will welcome the day and join the many others who have sung her praises."

Samantha is a true healer. I had really tense shoulders and one was not balanced with the other but after she did her magic I was aligned and feeling great! She genuinely cares about you and takes the time to give you an amazing experience. Best massage I've ever had. Recommend!

My session at Sunshine Massage Studio was amazing. I was skeptical at first as most of my massages have been more mainstream, but Samantha really opened my eyes to what those mainstream modalities lack. Her genuine, welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and throughout the session it was abundantly clear that her mission was to treat more than my tight muscles and aching joints. Her healing intention, kind words, caring disposition made me feel cherished and celebrated. Her studio was clean and inviting. Her methods were professional and practiced. In the short time I was there, she cultivated trust and understanding, and I left feeling more relaxed, more confident, and - if you can believe it - more loved. I rarely get to Vail, but the next time I do, I'll DEFINITELY be back to Sunshine Massage!
