Lived here for 6 months. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Residents are mostly in the later part of life, but alway waved hello, even brought me some desserts knowing I was away from my family. Prices are a little high, and they can change the utility rates. I would stay here again should the need arise.

$530 per month lot rent if you bring your own place, $107 for electric, $40 for Wi-Fi that constantly has issues.. Better to find a local, fully furnished apartment at this rate. $1000 per month lot rent if you rent a place here

Lots for transients are very narrow & no shade. Most don't have picnic tables. Lots are double pull thru/back-in. Utilities are on a shared pole. Our site was only 30 amp but we were told by the ranger that it was ok to use the whole site and ok to use our double 30 amp cheater cable. There is a pool, hot tub, pickleball, community center, showers, community breakfast and dinners. This resort is obviously geared toward 55+ snowbirds & permanent residents & we were here before most of the snowbirds arrived so other than the trains nearby; it was very quiet. This park is included in a membership package we bought so I don't know if it is worth whatever rate they charge other. **edited to clarify that we did have sewer hookups. They were set into the ground and covered with dirt and grass trimmings.
