The teller told me if I'm cashing a check for over $5,000 I have to let them know in advance, this is not my mom and pop, I'd assume that the bank would have more than $5,000 in cash on hand.

I went to another branch and cashed it no questions asked, as I have done in the past way above the $10 K, no one ever saying that there is a limit.

I had a negative experience here. A banker here came across a bit rude and neglectful. He greeted everyone who came in except me.

I think those people are racist. The only person that could of helped me was busy doing nothing. Waited 15-20 minutes until I left and no one cared! I think I'm closing my all accounts with them, no customer service skills, not that many locations. CVS used to have Suntrust A machines, not anymore. Thumbs down 👎🏾
