I've never had a problem with the service here. It's a convenient branch to get to when I'm in the area.

Their website states that they close at 1:00 on Saturdays. At 12:30 they are completely locked up & the parking lot is totally empty. If they changed their hours then they're too lazy to reflect it on their website.

The branch manager and a teller have been very rude numerous times. They have repeatedly attempted to make it very hard to deposit legitimate checks that other banks, including other branches of Suntrust, gladly accept (with the normal hold times). They also refuse to allow you to withdraw your other money when you want it. They limited me to 5% of the amount I requested last week, even though the money was available. They even refused to deposit a check from FEMA, a government agency, even though we had the proper signatures and stamps on the check. Wells Fargo gladly deposited it, along with the large check from closing the Suntrust account. I transferred a large amount out of there years ago due to their poor service as a warning, and brought the money to Wells Fargo then after many years of only using Suntrust. Guess they didn't learn then, or just don't care about their customers. Now, due to their continued rudeness and poor customer service, I just closed one large account and will be closing 2 more accounts come January 2nd. And they have lost 4-5 car loans just in the last year or so that I did elsewhere. Any bank that limits your right to withdraw your money, and is rude to it's customers, is probably a bank in trouble. Been with them 16+ years now, but our days are over. Too bad these few bad apples ruin the reputation of the bank and the other employees there who have given good & friendly service. Suggest you avoid them, and find a safer bank to keep your money!

They need to change their hours on the site. They are not open on Saturday as they say
