The Branch Manager was not helpful, professional  or pleasant.  The rest of the staff are more becoming to what you expect from Suntrust

The  branch manager is very rude on the phone, and goes out of his to be not helpful

The ATM broke while my card was inside and I had to order a new card from customer service.
