The staff who work here bend over backwards to make transactions quick and accurate. They are pleasant and friendly. The branch manager is open to any and all clients and makes your visit a priority when you are spending time with him. I have changed locations to do my banking here just because of the customer service.

Guys, please do something about the ATM. I live within walking distance and I love the convenience that this location gives me. Management and the staff are awesome but this is a branch I can't even access due to the poor planning and organization of the ATM drive thru. Otherwise I will be forced to travel to a less convenient location.

The Only Branch that I know who can offer to open an account for you, Charge You to cash a check, and sell you barbecue cooked in their parking lot..... Really classy Suntrust.....
How do you expect people to want to open an account with you when charging to cash a check....

I usually go to the one nearest to my office in Buckhead but because of a accident near it I had to resort to this one. In short the customer service was very poor. I stood in an empty line waiting patiently for the black lady and the asian lady finish their conversation. The asian lady had an sweet customer who greeted her well and even in given a perfect customer to be kind to she had attitude.  I'll stick with Buckhead.

Was waiting for a representative and ended up even falling asleep! In the 30 minutes I waited, I was never acknowledged. Three reps were on the floor. One was still helping a customer. Second one finished and simply disappeared. Third one finished on the phone and started joking with the first rep, glanced my way, but never said a word. Been a customer of Suntrust a long time, but the representatives at this branch are simply horrid.
