This office has terrible customer service. I've known the doctor for years but his staff is questionable. I tried to make an appointment and the nurse hung up the phone in my face and then refused to answer every call after that. Not sure if I will continue coming here as I've never experienced that before.

My family has been going here for over a decade. My son is now grown and will not see any other dentist. The Doctors are truly caring individuals and the staff is so very helpful! I could not imagine going anywhere else! I have seen other dentist years ago and none of them come close to the comfort and ease you get by all the staff here at Sunwest Dental.. Wise choice.

DR. NAVAS is PHENOMENAL. His work is OUTSTANDING. He & his TALENTED, WONDERFUL dental team are AWESOME. I was greeted by the office manager LEI. Who can only be described as WARM HEARTED, CARING & full of KINDNESS. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like FAMILY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL. IT'S NO WONDER SO MANY FRIENDS RECOMMENDED SUNWEST DENTAL to me.

Dental office is cute. However, the office manager Lei, is the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a business, ANY type of business. I was looking forward to having my whole family go there for all of our dental work. But, I refuse to pay thousands of dollars to someone who is so rude. I only gave it 1 star for the cool coffee shop, Ecco Coffee, next door.

Im deathly afraid of the dentist but they made me very comfortable Lei and Dr Nalvas and the staff (spell check) eased my mind completely!!! Deep cleaning, 1 extraction, cavity fill ins, and a root canal were performed and when the numbness went away there was no pain after, well..... just my stomache (because I was hungry as heck). Thank you and I still give 6 stars even though there's only 5.
