Everything is accessible and at kid level. Great for varied ages. Birthday party package was a great mix of free time in museum and structured activities. It isn't huge but definitely worth the visit.

It is pretty cool. However, it's also pretty small. We paid $20 for family of 4 (2 kids, 12 yrs old and 4 years old); the 12 year old was kinda bored, the 4 year old really liked it. There's a magnetic ball track wall at the end, which engaged the 12 year old. It goes in a circular pathway, and it's not too big. Kinda neat for a quick stop, I can't see spending more than an hour there.

Great exhibits, wonderful staff, and interesting educational shows. I would definitely visit again ... the only thing I would change is to have more directed shows with the children, opposed to the child - led route the shows seem to take. Overall, a great place to go!

5 and 7 year-end old grandkids had a great time, especially with the building room and the magnetic wall for constructing a ball run. Also enjoyed the live reptiles, bugs and fish. We adults enjoyed the displays of Native American regional tribes, and the different ecosystems along the Hudson. Also playing with the kids!

It's nice, we've been here like 3 times and we're a hour away. Staff are very freindly!! I say 4** because the bigger the better and it's not really that big. I live in a tiny town a hour away from anything, so when we go places I like to stay till opening till closing which you can't do. It takes 2 1/2hrs top, if you stetch it out or haven't been there prior to go through. We'll be back though, just have to find other activities to do when we go.😀
