That orange cover on the bed was dirty and the lady in the morning wasn't super friendly but the bed was super comfortable and the guy who was working at night was very kind and professional! My door key wasn't working so I called him, he made a new key card for me and ran it up the stairs. Every time I left and returned, he spoke to me with a big smile and seemed happy I was there. Great customer service is almost a lost ability but he was rockin it! The breakfast pretty tasty. I was happy to see there was more than just waffles for a hot breakfast. I'll definitely stay again if I need to.

The hotel was clean and we'll kept. But when I'd asked on the phone for a room on the first floor they apparently didn't hear that. Or the request for a room that was handicap accessible. But we did get a good rate on a suite that worked (last room available on the first floor). The shower was nice, until the hairball in the drain floated up to say "hi". Breakfast in the morning was good and the area was kept clean. Staff was friendly. 5he beds were comfy.

Sign from highway says $39.99 walk in and they say all those rooms are booked only have $59.99
You need to remove your digital sign if you can’t give me a room for $39.99. They just put that sign up there to draw people in to the counter they know you will pay an extra $10 or $20... I walked out

Pleasantly surprised.  We have been stopping here for several years after a trip up to MT. The last time we stayed, it was dirty and not very pleasant. We almost decided not to stay here this year, but I'm glad we changed our minds. The room we are in tonight is beautifully appointed,  clean, smells nice, and an overall pleasant experience.
