Hotel is not secure! They don't even lock the side doors. The door says "for your safety doors are locked please use your room key". There isn't even a thing to swipe your room key. Hotel is right off interstate and boasts that their family amenity is a pool. Meanwhile any random person could waltz right in and has access to the entire building...

Great hospitality, the service is really good. I love the breakfast they have in the morning.

Made reservations because the website says it has a pool.  Rolled in after a 9 hour drive with my 4 & 5 year old daughter's who talked about swimming in the pool the whole drive. Only to find out that the pool was out of order.  I told the front desk attendant, that I may not honor my reservation because I understood that they had an operable pool for the kids to swim in and that I was going to talk to my girlfriend about whether or not we should still stay. He told me that I would be charged anyway because it was nine o'clock and that it's my responsibility to make sure that the pool is operable before booking the reservation.  While I was talking with the gf, he cancelled my reservation and charged my card.

I visit there frequently at the Wyoming Downs. Definitely enjoy it and give it 5 stars all the way around!
