Not happy that they use only Feather pillows with no other option. I always bring my main pillow with me but never had the situation where I had to go buy a couple pillows because the hotel only has the one option. In today's world with all the allergies out there why would you have Feathers and not have another option. I'm not positive because I couldn't find an actual tag but the blankets felt like wool. So I didn't use their pillows and blankets but they were still in the room and had been on the bed so sleeping was not easy, restful or enjoyable. The employees were very friendly and tried to help me but there was no alternative. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1.

Nice and clean and comfy bed. Fast internet. They even throw matrix shampoo and conditioner hah!  :D

Pretty standard hotel, but there was an empty cup in the fridge dated July 21st... in late September

Clean quiet spacious room and bathroom. Continental breakfast is ok ( fruit, cereal, muffins, waffles , hard boiled eggs, bread)  liked the variety of teas offered. Good .

Very nice rooms extremely close to several food locations including Boston Pizza, McDonald's and the Fort Frances High School. 3 minutes from downtown and the US border. Friendly staff and a nice pool with hot tub (lots of chlorine but perfect temperatures)
