Room wasn't great, but it was in a great location. Used the jetted tub once, it was really relaxing and there was actually enough hot water to fill it up. I think they had cereal, milk, coffee and OJ but I didn't even check it out. An older man checked us in,  he wasn't friendly at all. Pretty rude actually. Morning lady on duty when we checked out seemed nice.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and it's very nice, clean and quiet. Always enjoy my stay and pretty affordable rates. Sometimes it's more than the Days Inn ,but my most recent visit was cheaper than them. Regardless though, I'll go to Super 8 from now on when I need a hotel, because Days Inn in Ft. Walton Beach is a dump and there's always some sort of riff raff and bad people that stay there. Please don't go there! Go to Super 8! You'll be glad you did.

I had planned on attending the Fort Walton Beach- Choctawhatchee High School football game next week and I was traveling to FWB from Tampa to attend.  I have an engagement at work that forced me to have to cancel.  I spoke to Connie today on the phone and she handled the cancellation with ease and sent an e-mail cancellation number.  When I called, she was very busy.  I joked with her asking if she had to make the coffee and cook the eggs then go clean rooms after getting off of the phone with me.  She was sweet and I will stay with Super 8 the next time I return to FWB for a football game.   Mark S., Dade City, Florida

This is the 1st time I've ever done an online review, but I had to make others aware of this place. This place is a DUMP! It was the only room I could find to escape hurricane Irma. 5 minutes in the room, we start to unpack. Opened the 1st drawer in the crappy dresser and saw a cockroach run by. The room stank of mildew and smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. The carpets were ripped and furniture was damaged. Couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way because it hit the floor. Our linens had old cigarette burns and were all stained. The whole facility was FILTHY! Finally got a room at a better place.  Washed everything as soon as we got there. Do yourself a favor and stay VERY FAR AWAY from this place. If minus 5 stars were an option, I'd still rate it minus 6 stars.

This was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at in my entire life.  It was a dump.  We were advised it was dog friendly is the only reason we stayed here but once arriving I didn't want my fur babies to stay at this horrible place.  The manager proceeds to come out and yell at me & my husband with our pups stating they didn't accept dogs any longer and he was going to charge us an extra $20.00 for not telling them.  We tried to explain we booked the room on line and it stated it was dog friendly but he kept arguing with us then proceeded to call me an a**hole.  We packed our bags right then and there and looked at our bank statement the next day to see these people have charged us $333.00 for the original fee (2 nights we didn't stay) and then another $166.50 times 2 and don't forget the $20.00 for my pups!!!!!  I don't know how this place stays in business.  The room smelled of mildew and I was afraid to even sit on the bed much less sleep in it.   Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.  I realize it is a Super 8 but you don't have to treat your customers like they are trash.  Oh by the way he also stated we were White Trash.  Unbelievable, how do people think they can get away with this??????  I don't know how the creepy manager keeps this job or any job for that matter with his horrible attitude and no manners.  If there was a minus 5 stars on the scale that is what I would give this hotel.
