Room was clean. Check-in person was courteous. Things were worn and there were bad smells in the hallway. It is what you would expect for the price.  Beds were comfortable and rooms were good size.

Affordable, clean, quite. And with an advance reservation we were able to bring our dog too.

This place reeks very foul. you can't do anything the reception area stinks to high heaven if you have a pet you have to stay down stairs you can't have a pet in a smoking room. You have to choose one or the other or 
rent 2 room's And as of September 1 you won't be able to smoke inside anyways. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Night manager was very respectful. I see they have been making improvements to their facility, despite prior bad reviews. Our room was clean and comfortable and they let us check out late.

Bedbugs...Checked in to a less than nice looking room. I checked mattress seams etc and didnt see anything.  Bathroom floor was sticky and there were hairs everywhere.   Finally laid down to finally get some sleep and after about 15 minutes I began to feel itchy.   Hopped up, looked int he bed to find a BEDBUG crawling through the sheets.  I immediately called the front desk and they offered to change rooms...upong entering this room I checked the bed and found hairs in the pillow cases and in the sheets, he offered to swap pillows but now I don't trust ANYTHING. I can't stop feeling itchy now and certainly won't be able to sleep.  No offer of refund or discount.  Front desk asked me of I picked up the bug....no...im not touching that. I did however snap a photo to make sure it was not some other type of critter. Horrifying...
