Shasta, Lake Shasta & Shasta Dam. We are AAA approved and offer High Speed Internet, SuperStart Breakfast, Cable TV w/HBO, Outdoor seasonal pool, microfridge (in some rooms) and in-room coffee maker. This was the worst hotel experience my family and I had ever had. We booked our stay through the Wyndham Hotels Rewards program. My husband has been an Elite Member for many years. This apparently meant nothing to the management of this horrible hotel. First the grounds were dirty and unkept. There was building debris just thrown about and stray cats doing their business in front of hotel rooms. The floor of the lobby was so dirty/sticky your shoes stuck with each step. The rooms were average. But the worst was yet to come. The manager and assistant accused us of having a dog in our room. When we checked in we told them we had no pets and as we were packing up to leave the assistant told my husband we would be charged a cleaning fee if we had a dog. My husband told her we had no dog. This apparently was not good enough. The manager drove over where we were parked making it impossible to leave and again asked my husband if we had a dog. My husband told him again we have no dog and the manager continued to harass him and ask again. My husband invited him to come to our room, but he refused. At this point my children were upset and so was I. NEVER have I or my family been treated with such disrespect. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND URGE YOU TO KEEP DRIVING!!  NO STARS.

Very close to the highway, easy to find, and Safeway and other restaurants are close by. The room was tidy.. breakfast was minimal.. faced no problems here.

I had a breakdown on I-5 on my way to see the solar eclipse in Oregon. Mr Patel was extremely accommodating during the time I was waiting for an engine swap on my truck during a time of extreme demand for lodging. I was very happy with the service.

This is a wonderful place to stay the man and his wife that own this place are so kind and generous I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone :-)

Garbage! The manager/whatever was quite a jerk. He was very wishy washy on his rules and apparently in his eyes, the church trumps state law... I saw a mouse in my room, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, the Wi-Fi range sucked, the toilet barely flushed and the sink drained very slowly... There was many nasty, diseased looking cats running around there also which the owners/whatever blamed on the neighbors... I'm sure I could go on but I think you get the general picture. Save your money and go somewhere else if you can. I don't recommend this establishment unless you want a huge headache.
