The location was excellent (walking distance to the Thomas Assembly Center). The room was adequate, I suppose, but I'm sure that I reserved a non-smoking room. They said the reservation was for a smoking room, and it really smelt like it. The breakfast was very sparse. That said, the rate was quite low and, despite the fact that the motel was quite full, it was very quiet, and the room was as clean as you'd expect, given the tobacco smell. . The location and price are the best selling points. We'll probably stay there again, but I will make a point of repeatedly checking with them about the reservations.

A lot of our students have stayed here as a convenient and low-cost option close to the university.

Nothing super about Super 8. Furniture very well used.
Stains on bed spread. Bed comfortable and sheets clean though.
Breakfast fair. People nice.
Would have been ok if the price was $40 rather than $80.

Great for the price. It's in a good location. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations, also stores. Service is pretty good. Great customer service. Overall pretty pleased. Rooms are pretty clean.

For the money, I highly recommend this place.  The room was clean and tidy, the swimming pool delightful but most importantly the entire staff from front desk to room service are not only polite and courteous but mad every effort to.accomodate our requests.
