1. Room is clean. 2. Bed sheets very clean. 3. Security always around. 4. LG TV really good. 5. 60 or 80 channels to view. 6. 3 HBO channels. 7. Private swimming pool. 8. Breakfast everyday. 9. Coffee in the room. 10. Small fridge in the room. 11. Air condition works great. 12. Family oriented. 13. Good showers. 14. Towels very clean.

The staff at this hotel are so kind and welcoming. Yara at the front desk greeted us with a cheerful smile. She went out of her way to make sure we had the room that was best for our needs. She was very helpful and I felt like I was home. Erin, the manager was very accommodating to make sure our reservation was what we wanted. She told me about the breakfast and where the vending machines were. She went out of her way to provide 5 after service. The room we are staying in is really nice and remodeled. For the price we paid, we got a great deal because the room is more modern than other competotor name brand hotels Ive stayed at recently. Also it is very quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. In very impressed!!!

I've stayed in worse hotels, for sure. I wish the front desk staff was more attentive - really, that they showed any care whatsoever. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and felt recently updated (decor). Comfy beds!

1.No pillows in room, staff said they would get them and never did. Night staff said they don't have access to them only blankets. Well it's 110 so I won't need blankets. 2. Black mold in bathroom 3. Homeless, drug addicts run the property. No security staff for parking lot to control them walking around premises 24-7. And staff surely cannot handle it. It looks like zombies are here. People going thru dumpsters here on site. 4. Homeless obviously living here with there dog which there is a sign that clearly says no pets. Guest puts her dog in the pool to cool him and privates parts off according to her. Told her get the dog out the pool her response was it's a service dog. YEAH RIGHT ..clearly not a service dog. 5. You can't park on other side of parking lot since a portion of it was recently on fire. Again, homeless run that area as well. And if you parked a car there, you would probably have missing parts, belongings or entire car gone. The only thing good here was the room and super clean, and they used bleach, bed not stained blankets and it was comfortable.
