SuperBody Fitness and Rock Solid Fitness has come together. "If you didnt come here to sweat go home" gym is the oldest gym in Dalton, its old school and a place to do it all. Rock Solid is personal training that will push you to reach your goal!

Story

SuperBody Fitness was started in 1979 by Ruth David. It is the oldest gym in Dalton and has a huge reputation for being the place to make your fitness Goals happen.

At Superbody we offer a variety of different benefits to your fitness. We have on the first floor we have looker rooms, cardio area and weigh machine room. The looker room are cleaned on many times through the day and kept up at a higher level then most gyms. The cardio area consist of ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and stair steppers as well as space for our step classes, pilates and bootcamps. The weigh machine room is equipped with everything to get a full body workout.

On the second floor we have free weights, barbells, benches and everything to keep your body working and fitness levels high. Not only for the power lifters but also for those who are just working on tone and a muscle definition.

Rock Solid Fitness is a one on one personal training business. We specialize in helping others reach their fitness goals through hard work and lifestyle changes.

With training styles that have been proven to be successful. Each client is trained in a certain manner to ensure that there is complete devotion to achieve the highest results.

The dedication of the trainers of (RSF) is to promote outstanding quality of life with passion to each customer. Our goals for each client will be met through motivational trainers who not only focus on physical well-being, but also on nutritional issues as well as mental health.

Nice options for working out. If they had more hours on the weekend they would be even better.

If your wanting a down home, straight original, heavy lifting, Cross fit training, no bells or whistles gym this is it. Around since the 70's if your serious about training this is the gym. If you want to throw a few pounds on with Pizza Monday look at Planet fitness.
