Nice 48-lane facility to bowl at. Although pricing could be better, its $3.50 per game or $20 bucks per hour (and when you are in a middle of a game they don't let you finish). Another thing is I bowled here one time and their was no oil on the lane. So my ball was hooking like crazy. After 3 games my ball was bone dry. But otherwise all of the scoring systems are up to date. The guy who drills/works on the bowling balls (Tim) is the nicest guy you'll meet. Say you haven't bowled in 6 months, take it to Tim he doesn't charge for re drilling. He has also watched me bowl 5 frames and he recommended a ball for me. If you ever need anyone to drill your ball or looking to buy one Tim is the guy to go to.

Pricey but nice bowling, but the customer service needs serious help. The check-in clerk at desk was bored and disengaged with helping us figure out pricing for best package for our family. Ordered food (and tipped), and it was brought over to lane and dropped off by gal working without napkins, plates or the soda we'd ordered. At end of the day we let the kids play one arcade game on way out. 10-yr old put a quarter in the claw machine, which after positioning went down and the claw never even closed. Now, we all know the claw games rarely result in a prize, which I wanted my son to realize, but a malfunction is a malfunction...When we reported it to the same girl, she said 'we don't own those machines so have nothing to do with them'. When I pointed out that if they're not working properly, they need to do something she said 'yeah, we've called the company a bunch of times to fix that, but they haven't come out'. When I said if they'd known it wasn't working, they should have a sign on it, she said 'well it works sometimes'. Honestly!?!?! When i said more firmly that there needed to be sign on it if it's not working, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away into the kitchen and closed the door. It was only a quarter (which I got back from disinterested desk clerk) but that is such a horrendous response to us...take care of business-you ARE responsible for the products in your building, if only by representation.

Bar is pretty good, live music wasn't bad, the food is good, the bartending lacks common mix drink knowledge unfortunately. The bowling alley itself is pretty awesome though!

Were very good at helping switch lanes and giving extra time when there was food and drink spilled on the lanes. Fun atmosphere

Really like the craft beer selection....great food! Enjoy that you can actually hear and have a conversation with the person next to you.
