I used their automatic car wash a few times with no problem. Today I used it and paid with credit card. It charged my card and then gave no wash. I pulled in and the machine did not start up. 

I would NOT recommend this automatic wash to anyone. 

I called the number on the building and it called their Fullerton location where the guy on the phone said there was nothing he could do. I would have to leave a note. Since there was no attendant on site, I left a note but have very low hopes that they will get back to me. 

Use at your own risk, especially if you want to waste your money.

This is a good place to go and wash your car even if it’s at night time. It’s self serve so make sure that you are prepared to be a little wet. I wouldn’t suggest using the wax they have available, how can you apply wax to  a wet car?

Excellent very clean all bays are always busy.Go early to avoid rush time.They also have full service recommend$ 20.00 bucks

Many different options to wash on your own or go through an automatic wash. Bays are often closed but it's location usually makes it a low traffic spot and a fast wash. Vacuums are free with an automatic wash.

After slipping around in a grease covered bay the workers had no concern for the low standard for what they think is an acceptable place to clean your car. The hose had grease on it which got all over my hands clothes and car as i was trying to wash it. My inside mat and the pedals are now slippery with grease. I asked for my money back and instead i got a free rinse in the bay i was trying not to use. USELESS! I liked this place until that. Act like you care. What a rip off. I now have spend more time and money to clean my now even messier car.
