I could not be happier with how well the install of my new AC unit went yesterday! Dave and Lou who did all the hard work (up 65 steps!) were so professional and a pleasure to have at my home all day. Would recommend Super Cool in a heartbeat! You worked on my 87 yr. old mother's air conditioner that wasn't working, charged her almost $400. It started spewing black smoke and died within an hour. You then told her for another $400-500.00 you would replace the fan motor and check the unit for any problems. My husband has been an hvac professional for almost 40 years and unfortunately lives 1000 miles away. It should cost around $250 for parts and labor. How do you live with yourself ripping off an old lady? I'm going to report you to the better business bureau.

I have been hiring Super-Cool ever since the first time I called on them which is now some 25 years. I have honestly never known of a more efficient, well spoken professional HVAC/plumbing company such as the Super-Cool crew, and I have hired them for small plumbing repairs to installing a wall heater, to installation of a complete system. They are knowledgeable of the task at hand and they EVEN clean up as they are working and when they are done.  I recommended them to my mom who has never been  happy about this "type" of people going into her residence, they did a complete re-piping of her home a job even she is very pleased with for the same reasons as I.  I highly recommend this company. You will feel confident with this choice.  Lastly, I feel anyway, that they are not there to overcharge and they are happy  to answser any questions you may have.

I have a turn of the century craftsman house in Silverlake in which I was process of replacing all of the existing dated cast iron plumbing and unfortunately had initially hired the wrong plumbers.  I was left with a half installed HVAC and plumbing that the LA City inspector marked on the corrections sheet “Too many to list” – I was screwed.

So I called Supercool as they are York certified and listed right on their site.  Robert came right out and assessed the corrections and what needed to be done to get it done right.  He explained very clearly where the issues were.  He offered a very good price, but more importantly a quality installation that would pass code.  With his rock stars Art & Alfonzo + crew on the job, they removed the problem items and hammered out the plumbing, HVAC, and Gas/Water Heater in a couple days.
So I called back the inspector, PASSED!  What a weight was lifted off me – and if you dealt with LA City Inspectors – you know what I mean.  Awesome job and very cool guys, I couldn’t thank them enough – they have my business for life.
