Good burger. Made to order. Not busy Thursday at 2 pm. Fries are just ok, ketchup was too sweet. If you like sour and spicy pickles are great.Food: 5/5

This burger is not only the best in Novato but most of California Thailand and Japan. At this price you will not find a better tasting burger. As for this location, the cooks are very consistent and your likely to enjoy the same experience on your next visit.Food: 5/5
Burgers are juicy, delicious and fatty, garlic fries crunchy and covered with cheese, service fast and friendly and free homemade pickles to top of the good experience the only thing is that it's pricey but overall I would eat there again Food: 5/5
Amazed at how fast the food was ready, and quality of the food. The chicken sandwich was delightful, I’ve never had brown sugar lemonade before which was great, and the free pickles were an added bonus. I’d highly recommend eating here.
It was my first time there!!! I got the chichen sandwich with Avocado on the side along with super cookie shake!! It was mind blowing!!! Staff helped me out since it was my first time, I will definitely go back again!!! Even garlic fries were the best fries I ever had!!!
This is in a nice spot and the burgers are tasty! They tack on an "employee benefit"/service fee, which is not nice & first time I've seen it outside the SF City-limits...? In the area. I think the prices were a little steep, in general, as well. Also, if you participate in an airline/hotel rewards program, note that you can NOT receive benefits here on the weekend! Again, another unfriendly customer policy. If I lived in the area, I think I'd frequent Shake Shack or In-N-Out instead, as the quality matches and there's less fuss at those other two places.
This is really a good spot to stop by for quick food. We ordered Veggie burgers and those were too good. Generally, other outlets don't serve veggie burgers well but that was not the case here. I would surely recommend this burger place.
Veggie burgers and garlic fries are delicious . The shakes are pretty thick. Additionally if you are into pickles then you are in luck as they have unlimited pickles in beautiful jars. There is a lot to do in the area. Ample parking. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and garlic fries
Good. Dont let the menu fool u. The mini is a regular size and accompanied with some delicious garlic and milkshake it's the perfect amount of food to kale ur tummy happy. Prices are not to bad. Well worth the ten minute wait. A must eat eat!!!
