I went here to get layers put in my hair recently and I had long beautiful hair, I told her I wanted to keep the length and she totally WRECKED my hair!!!! She chopped way to short like the shortest layers were only supposed to be at my shoulders and she went to my ear. She just kept chopping away and I told her I wanted to keep my length and she literally left like a few thin strands of my original length. She ruined my hair and didn’t give me at all what I wanted. I had to go home and finish cutting it myself bc it looked so bad! So I just cut off the longer strands to make it at least look decently even and it looks a lot better now but still not anywhere close to what I wanted. I honestly think the hairdresser set out to wreck my self esteem with this hair cut. She told me to come in if I wanted to fix it more and she gave me her card, like she knew she f’d it up. When I first had walked into Super Klips, I had to wait there like 5-10 mins and I wanted to be patient and nice and someone finally came out with a large sonic drink in their hand. This was the same lady who gave me my haircut. I am never picky or complaining about things but this literally sucked. Everyone I knew said the hairdresser wrecked my hair. I just wanted to write a review for anyone wanting to get layers DO NOT COME HERE

Do not get a hair cut there if you are a male. Went in and asked for a simple fade and to trim my beard. She just basically ran two different size gaurds though my hair then cut the sides of my beard off. She didn’t even trim both sides the same length. I had to go back in and have her cut it. I know male hair cuts are not extremly complecated but take your time curting anyones hair. They will appreciate it a lot more.

Amy is the only person in town I will let touch my beard.  Everywhere else I have gone butchers it.

If I could give this place a minus zero I would. Worst hair cut I have ever had. Only one employee in store. Was too busy taking personal calls half the time. Did a horrible job on my hair, ruined my hair, did a horrible choppy uneven hair cut that looks like crap. Now going have wait for it to grow out to a reasonable length and have pay more just to have  someone to try fix the mess....way to short in places because of the horrid uneven job done can't fix right now unless I shaved my head. Will NEVER go there again. Would love to be able find way contact the company that owns these stores because I deserve a refund. Avoid if you value your hair.
