Terrible customer service experience. The counter attendent was EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, I will not be returning to this place! I would give it a zero star rating if it was a choice.

The attendant working tonight 8/13 deserves a raise. Excellent customer service and makes people feel good. Just visiting Boston and this was a very pleasant experience.
