place was dirty, no carts, broken washers, broken dryers, one dryer looked like it had caught on fire, no staff at all, will never go back

Yeah, don't go here. Literally the dryers are catching on fire. They had 2 catch fire in the past (less than six months apart) and a third set today. So if you like your clothes to be whole I suggest going elsewhere.

Horrible experience. It's 8:30 pm...there are no employees working on site...ever.. someone is smoking in the building. Most of the dryers are broken and there is dryer sheets ALL OVER the floor. Do not wash clothes here unless you desperately have...i called customer service and some guy answered "hello" like it was a regular line. Told me no one works in the place

came to this laundromat to wash a load real quick. I come in and since I'm new to the area and most laundromats aren't the same i was a bit lost. There is a machine to get a wash card. I didn't know how to use it so I was looking for an employee to ask and needed the key to the bathroom. NO ONE IN SIGHT!! Apparently it seems that they just open up the place and then leave for us to do our own thing. The washing prices for an extra large washer (not even that big at all compared to my original washing place) is WAY too pricey... where as the smallest washer is decent price.. There aren't enough carts to use for our clothes. The other customers had to wait for one. Only three carts available.. One star is for the cleanliness of the place. Very clean and for free drying.

Just gross! Never an attendant on site(at least during the day. This location has switched hands several times (it seems) recently. Washing machines- the ones that still work-most have grime (mold?) in the top soap dispensers. Tons of dust collecting between machines. The dryers-again,not always all operational-are okay...a bit on the side of needing replacement as sometimes they give off a smell of either burnt rubber or melted plastic. The worst part is that it is mid July and there is no A/C! Obviously someone comes in and sweeps the floors but other than that, no indication that anyone maintains the site.
