Got some good shoes there with a nice price. Customer service was very good and decent. However when asking for assistance on a show, an older employee was quite rude during the conversation.

Nice shoes and decent prices but the older manager wasn’t very nice. Seemed to be annoyed of the customers in the store. Other than that it is a nice store.

I bought a pair of boots two days ago. They were on some clearance rack in back. The UPC scan did not match the tag and the manager on duty would not sell them to me at the price on the tag. Not only that I had to listen to her moan about how she was going to be written up. The tag did match the shoes, but SS decided to pull the old "bait and switch" instead. Stay away from this place.

Great selection of boots and sneakers BUT employees were horrible. I had a 4yr old who hard to use the bathroom. They rudely claimed they had no restroom. I'll never go back!
