Most of the managers, but especially Matt, are very attentive and customer oriented. They will quickly open another lane if the lines get more than three deep. However, the bottle return area is small and when the machines jam it can take a while before help arrives. I am also not a fan of all of the self checkout stations nor the recently installed Wal-Mart-like bagging carousels. Other amenities include ample parking with frequent carriage retrieval, two indoor Redbox kiosks, a People's bank branch with great hours, a small florist section, a Rhino propane tank exchange, a large gas station, and an exceptional bakery. I still miss the pharmacy as it was the fastest around. Overall the store is very clean but on the smaller side. I've often wondered if this store was last on the produce delivery route because the quality is questionable at times.

I NEVER write reviews but this year I have to! I have only used THIS stop and shops bakery to order custom birthday cakes so far my oldest is 3 and my youngest is 2 that's 5 cakes I've gotten and today I picked up my quarter sheet dinosaur themed birthday cake for my youngest and it was AMAZING! QUALITY was perfect moist delicious marble cake with the thin buttercream frosting absolutely perfect i cannot say enough about the woman who makes the cakes at this stop and shop she has to much care and devotion to her work I refuse to go anywhere else! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service excellent job on this cake and all the others over the years they are the center of the party and you guys nail it every year!

The store stinks, people are fools for checking themselves out we need job's. I don't want to work for stop & shop.it really is the people who are fools I hope all stores get ripped off by their self check outs

I have experienced nothing but problems in this stop and shop from buying expired food off of there shelfs to dealing with so much nasty attitude from there cashiers and managers. Yes have called the corporate office and made complaints I appreciate the amazing service the customer service people give me going out of there way for the terrible service this place has given. Won't ever spend $ here and I love stop and shop will go everywhere like the east side is my favorite
