The staff are friendly and helpful when you are there. I prefer to use the scan-it device yet this store does not offer it. They never, ever answer the phone. Trying to place an order with the florist is impossible.

I prefer the Smithfield store. I find the deli here to be a VERY slow. Many of the items I prefer or need, like gluten free or organic, aren't available at this location. There gluten free section is almost nonexistent. Also, this location doesn't offer the scan yourself while shopping option. I was told too many people steal, but surely there's a way to curb that while giving regular paying customers this option. I like to neatly bag my own items because too often my cans are thrown in with my tomatoes when distracted cashier does it. Self checkout is available but unless you only have handful items its difficult to scan & bag in the small space slotted. The staff here is always really pleasant and helpful so I use it for quick items I hope they will have. Its disappointing this store allows many items to run out of stock and the store is consistently is disarray with empty shelves or shelves filled with a item doesn't belong there. At times the deli is about 15 deep waiting. I restate the staff is very friendly. I think the stores management and oversight on keeping items in stock REALLY lacks. They would benefit from being more consistent with keeping items in stock and taking the Smithfield store approach on what to carry for gluten free and organic items. They should reconsider the Scan It yourself while you shop policy by finding a way to prevent theft.

It's good for a quick shopping. Place is clean, but very unorganized. The aisles are all random. I found other Stop & Shops to be bigger and have more of a selection.

What's there not to love about a store that has been around since the last century. Nothing ....but honest old fashioned tested and perfected qualify. Fresh produce, a wonderful assortment variety of grocery products. I purchase my seafoods here and they are the best by far. And such a curteous staff. It's all good....

Clean and bright store. Received great service from the employees. The food is fresh and fairly inexpensive on certain items.
