I just called to order Birria tacos and I’m explaining to the woman on the phone that last time I bought some tacos they  were a bit soggy and if she can please ask the cook for it to be extra crispy. She wasn’t even listing to me and hung up on me while I was still ordering..  idk if they going to make my tacos but I’m not going to pick them up . never again  ordering from here.

If I could give less than a star a would, I ordered some birria tacos with avocado and cheese mind you the avocado and cheese were +$4.00 dollars for each order and I ended up ordering 4 but when I got home to eat my tacos I didn’t have the extra I paid for, this is my first time buying from them and this is the first experience I got, never buying from them again.

This place is so bad , try to paid with card and talking about no card only cash mean while in the website shows cards acceptable, and they charge you a total different price from the menu….on top of that the place smells so bad , should it when to my town….

When I picked this place for my taco cravings I wasn't expecting much, but i was mistaken. The carnitas tacos were very tasty. I was surprised. On top of that I wasn't expecting to a beer with my tacos.  Yes, they do sell beer. The server was trying to provided  a good job too. I would definitely not just come back but also recommend it.

Food is good, but they give you different prices when you're calling from the phone vs. if you are there in person. I've bought burritos here for $8.75, but if you call over the phone they charge you 9.00 plus tax plus a $2.00 delivery fee. Very strange... And if you buy drinks, they don't give you a can drink, they give you soda in cups, even though they have can drinks at the restaurant... Owner doesn't understand that to a customer, this type of service is very very bad.

Always a problem at the brentwood spot . I called to order 15 empanadas . The ladies couldnt even take that order . Then the man wanted the money to be paid for the phone since it was a big order paid . Get a phone call 10 mins later from a young girl laughin you ordered the shrimp empanadas yeah we dont have them after i paid and on my way to them. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Deer park spot is a little better but this is my second time rating yall on a bad experience. Then had difficulty trying to refund the money call back the girl goes oh wrong person i called they’re ready like okay .

Food is good, but they have the worst staff EVER ! Trying to order anything over the phone takes atleast 30 minutes because they don't understand what your saying. They don't even know the items on there own menu unless you tell them the number which is quite annoying. Like I said good food but their staff makes it a very stressful eating experience due to their attitude and ability to litsen and understand what you are saying.

Less than 20 tacos for $200 ! Very bad place to buy from and so expensive! Service was very poor as well

I love the food from here but the service is HORRIBLE!!! the waitress was flirting with my boyfriend and every time we will ask her for something she will giggle and say no and then say just kidding &gt;.&lt; i dont know what was so funny. she didint pay attention at all. Drink was horrible also, a waste of 3$
