Do not come here had 5 pallets of juice been here over 3 hrs as a O O I will not come back only give 1 star because there isn't a negative I could mark small pallets in trailer not over 3 ft tall stay away or make them pay to bring there stuff in min 75 dollars to pull off pallets I'm local company n still won't help them not after this stop

This is one of those places where it makes a truck driver feel good for all the work we do. I had a 5am appointment. I had no idea where to go to check in, or to wait since it was 1am. The shag driver pulls up next to me, and in a calm professional manner, tells me where to go and do. Once receiving opened before my appointment time, they gave me a door and unloaded me quick. And NO LUMPER FEES!

Normally I have absolutely nothing good to say regarding super-valu, however this is the rare exception. There is overnight parking in a big dirt lot. No toilet other than bushes. The rail yard will keep you up if you are a light sleeper - it's a high volume switching and maintenance yard. First big bldg is dry, second bldg past it is freezer/produce. Quick to unload, the capstone lumpers actually do their job and don't dream up every possible excuse to run outside to smoke a blunt. Expect about 2hr total for turnaround. Kwick-Trip @ exit 151 south has full overnight facilities.

VERY NICE AND HELPFUL PEOPLE. BROKER TOLD US THAT DELIVERY IS AT 5:30 A.M. ACTUALLY THEIR RECEIVING HOURS ARE ONLY 8 P.M.-1:30 A.M. DRIVER ARRIVED AT 8 A.M. BECAUSE OF THE DELAY AT THE SHIPPER AND THEY ACCEPTED THE TRUCK. HE WAS EMPTY IN 3 HOURS . THANK YOU
