Same here, website says "open until 12 am" but yet las load is until 10:30 pm and when you get there and is freaking 10 pm, the girl in charge can read the sign at the door and wont let you in bc she is too lazy to work until the end of her shift! Go the busy bee laundry mat instead they're great!

I need to report that the current person in charge of the place wouldnt let me in saying it was close when  itis 10pm and on the door says last load at 10:30. Please change door sign if policies changed bc she was very disrepectful when i ponted that put she asked me if i was deaf and didnt hear if it was close. Please change the door sign to avoid this confusion with customers
