Employees sitting on counters, playing music through headphones so loud that you can clearly hear it. More interested in sharing music than helping customers.

Don't expect a hi or a thank you or even for them to get off their phones when they ring you up. Just awful, management needs to take control of that place.

Had the worst experience here ! Got locked in their Car wash. Was crying calling the store and nobody would answer. I called them 10 times and was locked in there for over 30 minutes. The doors would not open. I called a different SA store and they told me to not get out or id die! Who says that? I didn't even get my money back for the car wash! I called the Police and they could not even find me. They went to a different SA Location. Showed up late to work because of this. Was a bad day and bad experience .

Stopped in Friday night after the Timberwolves game on my way home to get some hot chocolate. WORST hot chocolate ever!!! Water downed, tasted like 1/4 teaspoon of generic version of some thing other than chocolate. I would be ashamed of Hershey's advertisement on the lever. Buyers beware!!
