Update: after leaving my initial review, the manager called within 4 days, apologized and offered a free haircut. I stopped by a couple of days later. The manager, Mary Anne, apologized one more time and everything went fine. Highly appreciate their effort in making this right.

Checked in, was told 30 minutes waiting time. After 1.5 hours still waiting... she didn’t expect the others to come in on time. Left w/o a haircut. First and also last time at this location. Total waste of time.

Update:  After leaving the review below, the manager called within 2 hours and apologized and offered a free haircut.  Apparently they recently extended their hours to 5:00 on Sunday and not everyone was on top of things.

I stopped in the next day for a haircut and as soon as I signed in they told me my haircut was free and apologized again.  All the employees knew the story, so there must have been a pretty thorough follow-up.

Bottom line:  everyone makes mistakes, it's how you handle them that matters.  Supercuts did a great job of handling this one.

Original Review:

I checked their own website and it said they were open until 5:00pm on Sundays.  I arrived at 3:45 only to find out they actually close at 4:00 and there were too many customers already waiting for me to get a haircut before closing.

They did offer me a $2.00 off coupon, but it's only valid in January and February.  Doesn't do me much good when my visit was on November 5th...

Where did tiffany go? I took a chance and let someone else there do my hair, told her multiple times that I need ash blonde and to not go natural or golden at all because my hair soaks it up and will not grow out naturally. I left with bronze hair. Such a disappointment that I ended up just doing all over color when I got home after spending quite a bit of money there.
