Had a couple of really good haircuts there. It's a little bit more expensive than Great Clips, but so far I'm happy with the results.

I went to get highlights based on the 7 foils for $30 special that they have and arrived 2 hours before the store closed. Not only did I wait an hour and a half for the 2 stylists to finish cuts and blowdries, they had started before I got there, but once it was finally my turn I was informed that they couldn't do color because the store was closing in 30 minutes and neither of the stylists did highlights, only one did full color. The entire hour and a half I sat watching them move at the paces of snails no one asked what service I was there for once and no one was even able to do the advertised special.

They must be the slowest supercuts ever. The lady that cut my hair was so unsure of herself. Needs better management and employees

Arrived at the store at 7:30 pm. As I walked up with my children a family was walking out of the store. The employee saw me approaching the door and promptly locked it. I looked at the time on the door which said close at 9 pm. So I knocked on the door and the employee just turned and waved me off that she was closed. So much for good customer service. As a local business owner I can't imagine one of my employees doing that to a customer. At least apologize face to face and say 'we are closing early today' and I would respect the sincerity. But lock the door and and ignore that I'm standing there is not acceptable. I will never return to the Rio Grande store again.
