So I will start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and I did like it. But I went there for a complete change over of my hair and it was a disaster. I thought it was okay at first but when I got home and took a look at it after the curls they put in were out of my hair. I could see how bad the color was. She didn't do my roots the highlights were uneven and patchy there was no transition color between the three she put in my hair. And it turned out nothing like what I wanted. Which was defiantly disappointing because the people themselves were great friendly and very good customer service I really thought I found my new place to go turn out i was horribly wrong

I will never go back and would never recommend this location. I don’t have a lot of hair, but any haircut should take more than the three minutes that I was in the chair for. Oh, and there was definitely no signature “hot towel finish.” I have no idea who cut my hair as the woman never gave me her name. She did, however, have to ask my name a total of three times during my short visit. It took more time to check out and pay than it took for my haircut. That was because she same uninterested woman who cut my hair got change for the cash drawer in the middle of my credit card transaction. She made me wait while she counted out the money that I didn’t pay with. This site makes you give at least on star. If I had the choice, it would be zero stars.
